Back to reading blogs and working out again! I have lost 8 lbs since the beginning of November. Things are going well in life in general. yea! One step forward each day and I will accomplish my goals.
Goal #1 for 2012 - 12 races, 1 a month. Signed up for a New Year's Day 5k and the forecast is 55 and sunny. Can't beat that for DC winter weather.
